These are the most delicious New York Cheesecake Cookies I’ve ever taste!
Easy and simple cookies recipe.. great for parties and large gatherings! They’re highly addictive.
Prep Time: 25 minutes – Cook Time: 10-12 minutes – Servings: 3 dozen cookies
Ingredients for New York Cheesecake Cookies:
1 ¼ C. Graham crackers crumbs
1 C. All purpose flour
1 ½ tsp. Baking powder
1 Stick butter softened
½ C. Brown sugar
1 Large egg divided
3 oz. Cream cheese softened
¼ C. Granulated sugar
2 tsp. Lemon zest
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
How To Make New York Cheesecake Cookies:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Add the graham crackers, flour, baking powder, butter, brown sugar and egg white to a mixing bowl, and beat on high until a dough has formed.

Step 3. Form the dough into even sized balls and flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
Step 4. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.

Step 5. Place a bit of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each cookie and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6. Let cool before serving.
