- Chicken thighs
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Ground cumin
- Thyme
- Chicken broth
- Orange juice
- Red onion
- Orange
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Orange Cumin Roast Chicken:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Add the oil to an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
Step 3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on both sides, then remove and set aside.
Step 5. Remove the extra oil and grease from the skillet and return it to the stove over medium heat.
Step 6. Place the butter, garlic, and cumin in the skillet and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 7. Pour in the juice and chicken broth as well as red pepper flakes.

Step 9. Return the chicken to the skillet along with the thyme, orange slices, and onion.

Step 11. Uncover the skillet and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

- 6 Bone in skin on chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 tsp. Minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Ground cumin
- 4 Sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 C. Chicken broth
- ½ C. Orange juice
- 1 Red onion sliced
- 1 Orange sliced
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Take any of your leftover chicken and store it in the fridge in a sealed container. Just make sure that you store the chicken in the fridge or it will spoil. The chicken will store for around 3-4 days.
