Oreo Lasagna

Have you ever thought of a lasagna-like dessert? Well with this recipe for Oreo Lasagna you don’t have to think anymore. Because you will have everything you have always looked for.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 1 minute | Chill Time: 3 hours | Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients for the Crust:

1- 9 inch Chocolate Pie Shell

Filling:

1 package Cream Cheese (Soft)

¼ cup Granulated Sugar

2 tbsp Whole Milk (Cold)

2 tubs of Cool Whip

Topping:

2 boxes Instant Chocolate Pudding

3 ¼ cup Whole Milk (Cold)

Garnish:

½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips.

¾ cup cool Whip (Remaining cool whip)

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions for the Crust:

Step 1. Unwrap the pie crust. Set aside.

Filling:

Step 2. In a medium size mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Step 3. Beat in the chilled milk, sugar. Mix well.

Step 4. Add 1 ¼ cups Cool Whip.

Step 5. Use a rubber spatula to blend the ingredients together.

Step 6. Scoop the filling into the pie crust.

Step 7. Spread it over the pie with an offset spatula.

Step 8. Place the pie in the refrigerator.

Topping:

Step 1. Combine the pudding mix and the cold milk in a second bowl.

Step 2. Whisk to blend all ingredients for several minutes. (Pudding should thicken.)

Step 3. Spoon the topping on the filled crust.

Step 4. Spread the topping over the filling with an offset spatula.

Step 5. Return to the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

Garnish:

Step 1. Combine ¾ cup of cool whip and mini chocolate chips together in a medium bowl.

Step 2. Spread on top of the pie.

Step 3. Sprinkle it with chocolate chips.

Step 4. Put back in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
