Tips:

  • Storing Oreo lasagna: place the sweet dish in the refrigerator before serving. This helps in cutting the lasagna evenly, and not sliding around unevenly. The dessert will look presentable and clean.
  • Sugar-free: you can use sugar-free Oreos, whipped topping, and pudding mix.
  • Layering the lasagna: Spread the layers evenly in the pan so that all areas are covered. Use a rubber spatula to even out the pudding, cream, and chocolate layers. You want it to be firmly packed in the pan.
  • Different Pudding Mix: apart from using the standard instant pudding mix, you can use different type of pudding mix in your Oreo lasagna. Have fun in experimenting with new and different flavors.
  • Oreo crust: use a blender or a food processor to crush the cookies until you have fine crumbs. Pour unsalted melted butter after crushing the Oreos, this butter will hold together this crump beautifully so that the crust cuts evenly.

Variations of Oreo Lasagna:

There is a variety of ways to customize the Oreo Lasagna, use different spreads such as peanut butter, and make a chocolate peanut butter variation or you can make fruity lasagnas such as banana, or strawberry lasagna with different flavor of gelatin.
