If you are worried that your kebabs might dry out, the best way to prevent this is to baste them while cooking. This is going to help them cook faster, and is also going to help prevent them from drying out.

If you do not have rice wine vinegar, you can use white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or lemon or lime juice.

When you are cooking, you need to make sure that you are cutting all your vegetables and chicken in similar-sized cubes so that they cook at the same time. When you have a kebab, you want the food on the kebab to be the same size so that it cooks at the same speed.

You can put any vegetable or fruit on the kebab that you want. This makes it very easy to customize the kebab to what you have on hand and what you want to eat. You can also change out the meat, add other meats, and take the time to add fun dipping sauces as well.
Ingredients:
- Ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Pineapple juice
- Honey
- Rice wine vinegar
- Minced garlic
- Ground ginger
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chicken breast
- Red onion
- Bell pepper
- Pineapple chunks
- Wooden skewers
How to make Pineapple Chicken Kebabs:
Step 1. Add the ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and oil to a bowl, and whisk until well combined.

Adding the rice wine vinegar.

Step 2. Place the cut-up chicken into a Ziploc bag, and pour the sauce mixture over it. Close the bag, and place it into the refrigerator to marinate for at least one hour.
Step 3. Preheat your indoor or outdoor grill, and brush it with oil.
Step 4. If using wooden skewers on an outside grill, soak them in water before preparing them.
Step 5. Fill the skewers with chunks of onion, pepper, marinated chicken, and pineapple chunks.
Step 6. Cook the skewers on the grill until the chicken is cooked completely through, about 10 minutes.

- ¼ C. Ketchup
- ¼ C. Soy sauce
- ¼ C. Pineapple juice
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar

- ¼ tsp. Ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs. Chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Red onion chopped into large pieces
- 1 Bell pepper chopped into large pieces
- 2-3 C. Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- Wooden skewers

Instructions
