Like many fruit drinks, you can adapt this recipe to your pleasure to take in the flavors you enjoy most. If you are having a party or serving a meal that is tropical-themed, add some mango flavoring. In fact, feel free to make any changes you want to the recipe. Some people add cherry juice, fruit punch, or cranberry juice as well as, or in place of, the pineapple juice. You can also leave out the Sprite unless you like the fizz factor. Add in plenty of ice cubes to keep the lemonade drink cool and refreshing, and you have all the makings of your new summer favorite drink!
You can use any other fruit flavor in place of the pineapple or swap the Sprite for 7Up or another carbonated soda drink. Personally, I think that carbonation adds to this drink and makes it all the more refreshing, but this pineapple lemonade recipe takes great with tap water as well.

Tips for Success
A few lessons learned after making pineapple lemonade many times involve estimating how many people will drink the concoction soon after you prepare it. We like this drink with lots of ice, but we all know that ice melts and melted ice can dilute the drink. If not everyone is home when I make the pineapple lemonade, I keep some of if in a pitcher without ice. Then, when my countertop dispenser nears empty, I add more ice and pour the remainign lemonade into the dispenser.
You can follow a similar procedure when adding Sprite. To ensure the Sprite does not go flat, mix the concoction without the Sprite, and add the Sprite to the drink mix close to the time you expect people to drink the lemonade.
Storage & Reheating
This drink will keep for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. If you add Sprite, it will become a bit flat after a few hours. Of course, there is no need to reheat this refreshing, cool drink.

Serving Suggestions
If you have a glass beverage dispenser you can add ice and leave it on the countertop, alongside disposable cups, so people can grab a glass of it whenever they pass by.
We sometimes serve the pineapple lemonade as a dessert with a healthy fruit salad that includes a mix of fruits other than pineapple.
Notes
We enjoy this pineapple lemonade over ice cubes, perhaps garnishing each glass with a chunk of pineapple or a lemon slice for a fancier presentation.More Favorite Drinks Recipes:
