Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Multi Colored Potatoes

Not this time, When I say this is easy, I mean it is easy.
All you need to do is place your pork chops on the baking sheet, cut your colored potatoes in half, and then quarter the onion into pieces.

Are there variations that I can use?
You can replace the multicolored potatoes with other root vegetables such as parsnips or sweet potatoes and carrots. Cut some apples and add them to the sheet pan near the Pork Chops. This is going to spread the apple flavor to the Pork and enhance that pork flavor.
Ingredients:
- Multi Colored potatoes halved
- Red onion
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boneless pork chops
- Minced garlic
- Worcestershire sauce
- Cumin
- Cayenne pepper

How to make Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Multi Colored Potatoes:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Add the potatoes and onion to a large mixing bowl.
Step 3. Drizzle with olive oil, rosemary, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.

Step 4. Layer the potatoes and onion on a parchment-lined large baking sheet.
Step 5. Add the pork chops to a mixing bowl.
Step 6. Drizzle the pork chops with the remaining olive oil, garlic, worcestershire sauce, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.

Step 7. Place the pork chops on the baking sheet beside the potatoes.
Step 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Instructions
