You could serve this as a main dish, or you could serve it as a side dish to accompany a great Roast. You could serve this along with a side of Rice or quinoa, a bowl of pasta would pair up nicely.

Be sure to peel and devein the shrimp before cooking. Do not overcook the shrimp as it will become tough. You could toss in some fresh herbs such as rosemary or parsley to give it a new flavor.
Ingredients for Shrimp and Sausage Veggie Skillet:
For the shrimp and sausage:
- Shrimp
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Smoked sausage sliced
For the veggies:
- Olive oil
- Red bell pepper
- Asparagus
- Zucchini
- Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Shrimp and Sausage Veggie Skillet (So easy!)
Step 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2. Add in the minced garlic and shrimp.

Step 3. Sprinkle in the paprika, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Saute until the shrimp are browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 5. To the skillet, add the sausage and saute until browned. Remove, and set aside with the shrimp.
Step 6. Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and add the other tablespoon of olive oil along with the veggies.

Step 7. Sprinkle more salt and pepper to taste, and pour in the chicken broth.
Step 8. Cover and saute until the veggies are becoming tender.
Step 9. Stir the shrimp and sausage back in.
Serve topped with parsley and red pepper flakes to taste.

Instructions
