It’s wonderful! Great taste and flavor! A very unique simple dinner!
It’s full of fresh veggies and shrimp! My kids loved it and now it’s one of our favorites!

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients for Shrimp and Sausage Veggie Skillet:
- For the shrimp and sausage:
1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
3 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste
½ lb. Smoked sausage sliced
- For the veggies:
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 ¼ C. Red bell pepper diced
1 C. Asparagus cut into pieces
2 C. Zucchini diced
2 Tbsp. Chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Shrimp and Sausage Veggie Skillet (So easy!)
Step 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2. Add in the minced garlic and shrimp.

Step 3. Sprinkle in the paprika, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Saute until the shrimp are browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 5. To the skillet, add the sausage and saute until browned. Remove, and set aside with the shrimp.
Step 6. Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and add the other tablespoon of olive oil along with the veggies.

Step 7. Sprinkle more salt and pepper to taste, and pour in the chicken broth.
Step 8. Cover and saute until the veggies are becoming tender.
Step 9. Stir the shrimp and sausage back in, and serve topped with parsley and red pepper flakes to taste.
