Ingredients for Chipotle Chili Slaw:
1/2 lb. red cabbage, shredded
1 lb. white cabbage, shredded
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup cilantro, lightly packed
1 chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to make Chipotle Chili Slaw:
Step1: Add buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, chili pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend well.
Step2: Add your shredded cabbage and carrots to a large bowl.
Step3: Pour chipotle sauce over vegetables, and mix well to combine.
Step4: Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
