Ingredients For The Spicy Shrimp Tacos:
1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Red pepper flakes
½ tsp. Salt
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. Avocado oil
6 Small flour tortillas
2 C. Coleslaw mix
Cilantro for garnish
Ingredients For the avocado crema:
1 Medium avocado
½ C. Chopped cilantro
1 Jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
3 tsp. Minced garlic
Juice from 2 limes
½ C. Plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. Water
3 Tbsp. Avocado oil
½ tsp. Salt
How To Make Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema:
Step 1. In a bowl, combine 1 tsp. Chili powder, 1 tsp. Paprika, ½ tsp. Cumin, ½ tsp. Oregano, ½ tsp. Garlic powder, ½ tsp. Red pepper flakes and ½ tsp. Salt.

Step 2. Season the shrimp with the spice mixture and the juice from one lime.
Then the juice,
Step 3. Heat 2 tbsp of avocado oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Step 4. Add the shrimp and sear until cooked through.
Step 5.
How To Make The Avocado Crema:
In a food processor, combine the ingredients for the avocado crema. Blend until smooth.

Step 6. Mix in a small amount of the avocado crema to the coleslaw mix, and stir to combine.
Step 7. Layer some coleslaw mix on the tortillas and top with the cooked shrimp.
Step 8. Drizzle the avocado crema on top of the tacos and garnish with cilantro before serving.
