How To Make Strawberry Cheesecake Triffle:
Crush the cookies into crumbs and combine in a mixing bowl with the butter.
In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream.
Blend together until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the mix until smooth.
Blend the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Fold the cool whip into the cream cheese and pudding mixture.
Mix everything together.
Place ⅓ of the cookie crumb mixture into the bottom of a clear service bowl or dish.
Top with ⅓ of the cream cheese mixture.
Add ⅓ of the strawberry pie filling to the top.
Repeat the layers as mentioned above two more times.
Garnish with fresh strawberries on top and chill before serving if desired.
