What you need to make Lemon Berry Trifle:
9 inch Angel food cake crumbled into pieces
4 C. Heavy whipping cream divided
2 C. Milk
2 Boxes Lemon flavored instant pudding
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 C. Powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Quart strawberries sliced
2 C. Blueberries
Blackberries for garnish
How to make Lemon Berry Trifle:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the two boxes of lemon pudding with 2 C. heavy whipping cream, 2 cups of milk, and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Whisk until well combined and smooth. Chill for 1 hour.
Step 2. Add the remaining 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat on high until stiff peaks form.
Step 3. Place a layer of half of the cake pieces in the bottom of a large serving bowl.
Step 4. Top the cake with ½ of the lemon pudding mixture and then ½ of the strawberries, blueberries, and half of the whipped cream.
Step 5. Repeat the same layers one more time and garnish with blackberries on top before serving.
