Stuffed Peppers are a treat in my house, at least for me. Sadly I am the only one who loves Bell Peppers that much. So when I saw this recipe, I knew it was a recipe for me to try. I am so glad I did. My family has now decided Stuffed Peppers are good. Although these are made slightly differently. Either way, it is a win-win for me.

I still get the favorite flavors of Stuffed Peppers and an even easier way of making it happen.
