  • Crushed tortilla chip crumbs
  • Shredded cheese plus more for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped tomatoes and green onions for garnish

How do you make Taco Meatloaf:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Place the ground beef, egg, salsa, sour cream, taco seasoning, tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and salt to taste in a mixing bowl.
