Ingredients 

  • 15 oz Stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lb Lean Ground beef
  • 32 oz Beef broth
  • 1 Onion , chopped
  • 1 can Mixed vegetables
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Parsley, Chopped
  • 15 oz Diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 ½ c Egg noodles, uncooked

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet with the onion, and saute until the meat is browned and onion has softened.
  • Drain the excess fat.
  • Mix in salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables, parsley and basil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Pour in the egg noodles, and boil for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles have softened.
