- Italian Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese

How to make Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375° F / 190° C. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.
Step 2: In a large bowl, place potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Sprinkle the potato wedges with the seasoning mixture and then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
Step 4: On the prepared baking sheet, place the potato in a single layer with the skin side down.
Step 5: Bake for 25-35 minutes. Make sure the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden.
Step 6: To serve, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Add ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
