Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Crispy Garlic Baked Potato Wedges with so many amazing flavors. Just as popular as fries, wedges are the perfect side dish!
Just very fluffy on the inside, yet crispy and crunchy on the outside!
My nephews will eat them all up.. they love anything “potato!” Another easy, peasy recipe!
This would pair awesome with a steak, yummy. Thank you chef.
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 1-hour | Servings: 6
Ingredients:
6 Russet potatoes cut into long thin wedges
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Cut the potatoes into long thin wedges.
Step 3. Place the potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4. Sprinkle the potatoes with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.

Step 5. Spread the potato wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6. Remove, turn over and bake the potatoes for another 30 minutes.
Step 7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
