Can I add bread to this meal?
Many people state that spaghetti noodles alone are enough carbs for this meal. I, however, prefer to make some garlic cheese toast to go along with the spaghetti. The choice is yours.

Personally, I love Spaghetti. This recipe has an addition of Cream Cheese, which gives it an immense amount of added flavor.

You will need to use dairy-free cream cheese and a gluten-free brand of Spaghetti noodles.

The possible variations could go on forever. You could use a different pasta, a different sauce, different meat, or even different combinations of cheese.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti noodles
- spaghetti sauce of choice
- Ground beef
- Cream cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Minced garlic
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
How to make Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Cook the spaghetti to your liking and drain.
Step 3. Return the spaghetti to the pot, and mix with the cream cheese until combined.
Step 4. Heat the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Cook seasoned with salt and pepper to taste until completely browned. Drain any excess grease.
Step 5. Add Italian seasoning to the meat.
Step 6. Then, add the garlic.
Step 7. Stir to combine.
Step 8. Pour the sauce into the meat mixture, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 9. Place a bit of the meat mixture in the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 10. Top the mixture with the spaghetti.
Step 11. Add the rest of the meat mixture on top of the spaghetti.
Step 12. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan on top.
Step 13. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ C. Parmesan cheese

Can I make this in advance?
The sauce can be made in advance by a day or two at the most. The Spaghetti can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator overnight. The entire dish can be assembled and then baked right before it is mealtime. Cover it tightly and store it in the refrigerator overnight.
Can I freeze this dish?
Yes, if the spaghetti has been cooked it is fine to cool it to room temperature, cover it tightly and then place it in the freezer for up to 2 months.
How do I reheat this dish?
It can be placed in the oven on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 350* and heat for 20 to 25 minutes. You could also reheat this in the microwave.
Can I add different ingredients?
You could add other ingredients if you choose to. Also, you could use whole wheat pasta.
