Better Than the Deli Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients:
8 Slices of rye bread
8 Slices swiss cheese
½ lb. Thinly sliced corned beef
1 C. Drained sauerkraut
½ C. Thousand Island dressing
2 Tbsp. Softened butter
Directions:
Step 1. Butter one side of each piece of bread and place 4 slices of the bread butter side down in a large skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Step 2. Add a layer of dressing to the other side of the slices of bread in the skillet.
Step 3. Top each slice of bread in the skillet with a slice of swiss cheese, a serving of corned beef, ¼ of the sauerkraut and another slice of swiss cheese.

Step 4. Add a layer of dressing to the non-buttered side of the remaining pieces of bread, and place them dressing side down on the top of each sandwich in the skillet.
Step 5. Once the first side of the sandwich is toasted, flip them carefully to toast the other side well.
Step 6. Serve hot.
