Step 1. Place the chicken in the crockpot. Add in the onions and corn.
Step 2. Pour in the beans and Rotel. Stir in the broth, minced garlic, and taco seasoning.
Step 3. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove the chicken and shred it.
Step 4. Add the chicken back to the crockpot, and stir to combine.

- 2 Tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Can Rotel, Undrained
- 1 Can Corn, Drained
- 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 can Black Beans, Drained
- 1 can Kidney Beans, Drained
- 1 Lb. Chicken Breasts, Boneless and Skinless
- 2 cups Chicken Broth, Fat Free

Instructions
- Place the chicken in the crockpot. Add in the onions and corn.
- Pour in the beans and Rotel. Stir in the broth, minced garlic and taco seasoning.
