This easy and classic Lemon Pepper Fried Fish is so good and very delicious! My hubby loves it!
Ingredients For Lemon Pepper Fried Fish:
4 Fillets of White Fish
1 c Flour
Oil for frying
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tsp Onion Powder

How To Make Lemon Pepper Fried Fish:
Step 1. Pat white fish down with paper towel until dry.
Step 2. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
Step 3. Mix flour with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Step 4. Dip fish in one at a time making sure they are fully covered.
and,
Step 5. Heat oil in a pan enough to just cover the fish.
Step 6. Once oil is hot fry 2 at a time and flip halfway taking out when both sides are golden brown.
