How to Fold Crab Egg Rolls
Put the filling in the bottom third of the wrapper. Then fold the bottom corner over the filling and tuck it in. Fold in the sides and roll. Seal the wrapper with a little bit of water, so it stays closed.
Can I use crawfish and/or shrimp?
You can use crawfish, shrimp, or a combination of both. These egg rolls are really versatile, so it’s fine to make some fun flavor combinations by swapping the meat.
Ingredients:
- Worcestershire sauce
- Crabmeat
- Lemon juice
- Crushed Ritz crackers
- Egg roll wrappers
- Mayonnaise
- Parsley chopped
- Old Bay seasoning
- Large egg
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a bowl, blend together the worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Ritz cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and egg.
Mix in the crab meat.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3. Chill for 15-20 minutes in the fridge.
Step 4. Lay the egg rolls on a flat surface in a diamond shape, and wet them along the edges with water.
Step 5. Add a layer of crack cake filling down the center of each egg roll.
Step 6. Fold the tip of the wrapper closest to you, up and over the filling. Fold in the right and left edges of the egg roll wrappers to the center over the filling.
Step 7. Roll the egg roll tightly the rest of the way closed around the filling, and use a bit of water to seal the egg rolls at the seam.
Step 8. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray, and cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes.
Step 9. minutes. Turn the egg rolls halfway through the cook time.

How do you reheat leftovers?
For crispy egg rolls, it’s best to reheat them in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or until they are hot. Or you can put them in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes or until they are hot. You can also microwave them, but the outsides will soften and not be crispy.
Are these freezer-friendly?
Yep! Cook the crab cake egg rolls, and let them cool down. Once cool, place in a freezer-safe container, and they will last for up to 4 months.
