How to make these Crispy Chicken Fritters:
Step 1. in a bowl, mix the chicken, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Then, add the onion Powder.
Next, mix in the garlic Powder.
Then, add the thyme.
Lastly, add the dijon Mustard and salt and Pepper.
Knead with your hands to combine well.
Step 2. Form the mixture into six evenly-sized patties. Coat the outside of the patties in the extra breadcrumbs.
Step 3. Heat a layer of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4. Add the patties to the heated oil, and brown them evenly on both sides until cooked through and crispy.
Step 5. Drain on a towel-lined plate before serving.
