Easy Hamburger Soup Recipe

Even if you are not a carrot fan, this soup will change you mind!

Easy Hamburger Soup Recipe

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 1 ½ hours | Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground beef

1 C. Onion chopped

1 C. Carrots peeled and sliced

1 C. Celery chopped

5 C. Beef broth

8 oz. Tomato sauce

16 oz. Diced tomatoes

1 Bag frozen corn

1 tsp. Basil

½ tsp. Oregano

3 Tbsp. Ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Brown the meat completely in a large pot, and drain any excess fat.

Step 2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and bring to a boil.

b. adding Carrots peeled and sliced

c. adding Celery chopped

e. adding Tomato sauce

f. adding Diced tomatoes

g. adding frozen corn

h. adding Beef broth

i. adding Ketchup

j. adding oregano

Step 3. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook on low for 1 ½ hour.
