How to make these Homemade Corn Dogs:
Step 1. Heat the oil in a large pot on the stove until it reaches 350 degrees.
Step 2. Mix together the sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and cornmeal in a large bowl.
Step 3. Blend the egg, buttermilk, honey, and vegetable oil into the dry ingredients.
Step 4. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
Step 5. Run a skewer through each hot dog.
Step 6. Dip the hot dogs into the batter, and coat them completely.

- 12 Hot dogs
- ¾ c All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil

Instructions
