Ingredients for Mini Corn Dogs Easy Recipe:

½ C. Melted butter unsalted

2 Large eggs

¼ C. Powdered sugar substitute

1 C. Buttermilk

½ tsp. Baking soda

1 C. Yellow cornmeal

1 C. All purpose flour

½ tsp. Salt

6-8 Hot dogs sliced into 1 inch pieces

Step by Step How To Make Mini Corn Dogs Easy Recipe:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, sugar substitute, buttermilk, baking soda, cornmeal, flour and salt until a smooth batter has formed.

Step 3. Spoon the batter into the sections of well greased mini muffin tins, filling them about ¾ of the way full.

Step 4. Place a piece of hot dog into the center of each filled section of the mini muffin tin.

Step 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
