Ingredients:
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
For the batter:
- All-purpose flour
- Egg white
- Baking powder
- Cornstarch
- Ice water
- Salt to taste
For the sauce:
- Sesame oil
- Water
- Honey
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix together the ingredients for the batter until well combined.
Start by adding the flour.
Then, add the baking soda.
Then, add the cornstarch.
Then, add the ice water.
Step 2: Heat a few inches of oil in a deep-sided skillet until it reaches 350 degrees.
Step 3: Dip the chicken into the batter and place it into the oil. Fry until cooked through, crispy, and starting to brown lightly. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 4: Once all of the chicken has been fried, add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5: Add the garlic to the skillet and saute for 30 seconds.
Step 6: Place the chicken into the skillet.
Step 7: Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Start by adding the water.
Then, add the sesame oil.
Then, add the honey.
Then, the apple cider vinegar.
Lastly, pour over the chicken.
Step 8: Saute the chicken until the sauce thickens and the chicken is browned.
Step 9: Garnish with sesame seeds.

- ⅓ C. Honey

Instructions
