Is lime or lemon better for fried fish?
You will find lemon is going to compliment the flavor of the fried fish better than lime. But if you prefer lime, go right ahead and reach for lime in replace of lemon.
Why fry fish with flour?
Frying fish in flour is going to create a light coating on the fish to help create a crispy texture. Plus the flour helps to protect the fish in the sense of allowing the fish to cook completely without drying out.
