The recipe is easily doubled. When you have doubled the ingredients and are ready to pour them into the pan, use a 9×13 pan.

How do you keep fudge from crumbling?

Be sure to use fresh ingredients. Also do not overcook the fudge, it is ready when it begins to pull away from the pan. If it is cooked longer, the fudge will likely be dry and start to crumble. The fudge must also be stored in an airtight container.
