Ingredients:

10 oz. Good quality steak cut into pieces

2 Medium to large gold potatoes cut into pieces

1 small onion sliced into rings

2 Tbsp. Olive oil

1 tsp. Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make One-Skillet Steak and Potatoes:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Mix together the steak, potatoes, and onions in an oven-proof skillet or baking dish.
