Why are we so excited about this pecan pie balls recipe?
This dessert is really easy to make. Plus, they are really tasty and taste just like Pecan Pie.
How do I serve these Pecan Pie Balls?
They should be served in the same manner that you would serve up any other dessert. Whether this is on a decorative plate, in separate dessert cups or in a serving bowl with toothpicks, as long as your guests get to taste them, the method will not matter.
Why is my Pecan mixture so dry and crumbly?
If this happens, add one or two teaspoons of water until the dough comes together. If the dough is too wet, add a small amount of flour.
Do I have to dip them in chocolate?
Not necessarily. You could dip some in chocolate, leave some plain and dip some in caramel. This gives you a variety and lets you decide which way you like them best.

How do I store these?
The best method of storing these is to place them in ziploc bags with the air removed, or in an airtight container. They can be kept in the refrigerator or they can be left on the counter. You could also freeze them for up to 2 months.
Can I add ingredients?
Sure, you could add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg, you could add in caramel chips or chocolate chips.
What if I cannot find the Chocolate Almond Bark?
That would be surprising, most stores sell almond bark in the baking aisle. However, if your store does not stock it, you can use Chocolate Chips, melt them and use them as a dip for the Pecan Balls.
