Should I use boneless or bone-in Pork Chops?
This is a choice you need to make based on your cooking comfort. I have made them both and I like them both. If you use bone-in chops, the cooking time is slightly different. Be sure to use a meat thermometer and test the temperature before serving.
Is there a certain type of Potato that works best for this recipe?
For a dish such as this, you do want to use a sturdy type of potato. I suggest using Russets for the meal.
What type of side dish should I serve with this meal?
I love to have a dish of roasted or grilled vegetables. I also like green vegetables, such as Asparagus or Broccoli.
