Ingredients
- 3-4 pound boneless chuck roast
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Add the sliced onions to the pot of the slow cooker in an even layer across the bottom and place the roast on top.
- Use a fork to pierce several holes across the top of the roast to let the seasoning in and spread the worcestershire and beef broth over the roast.
- Combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl and run generously over every side of the roast.
- Cook on low for 8 hours until the roast is fall apart tender. Shred into pieces with two forks and serve over noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
