Can I reheat the Steak and Shrimp Pesto Sauce Linguine?
You could use a microwave to reheat this dish. I would highly suggest reheating each of the foods separately. Keep in mind that when Shrimp is overcooked it does become tough. So heat just until the desired temp is reached. Also for the shrimp, heat in short bursts, such as 30 seconds each cycle.
How do I store the leftovers?
When the food has cooled completely, it can be placed into an airtight container. You should separate each of the foods for storing in the refrigerator. You can store the items for up to 3 days.
Can I freeze the leftovers?
You can freeze the food. Again, I would recommend storing the items separately. This is not mandatory, however, it is easier when you plan to reheat. The foods can be stored for up to 3 months.
