- 2 pounds sirloin tips, cubed
- ½ yellow onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ red wine vinegar
- 1 package of beef with onion soup mix
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 1 tbsp butter

How to prepare beef tips in egg noodles:
Step 1. Place a deep iron skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Step 2. Melt the butter in the skillet and then add in the beef tips and diced onion.
Step 3. Cook for five minutes until all the beef is cooked and onion is translucent.
Step 4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl add in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, heavy whipping cream, beef with onion soup mix and red wine vinegar.
Step 5. Stir thoroughly till combined.
Step 6. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until the beef is completely covered.
Step 7. Turn the temperature down to medium-low and cook for 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.
Step 8. Turn down to low and cook for an additional 4 hours until beef tips fall apart.
Step 9. Place a large pot of water with salt on the stove over high heat.
Step 10. Wait for the water to boil and then add in the egg noodles.
Step 11. Cook for about five minutes or until al dente’.
Step 12. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 13. Scoop the beef and gravy mixture on top of the noodles.
