How to make the BEST Vegetable Beef Noodle Soup:
Step 1. Add the ground beef to a skillet and saute until the meat is browned.
Add the onion and saute until the meat is browned and the onion has softened.
Step 2. Drain the excess fat.
Step 3. Mix in salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
Step 4. Stir in the mixed vegetables.
Then, add parsley and basil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 5. Pour in the egg noodles.
Then, boil for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles have softened.

- 1 lb Lean Ground beef
- 32 oz Beef broth
- 1 Onion , chopped
- 1 can Mixed vegetables
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Parsley, Chopped
- 15 oz Diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 ½ c Egg noodles, uncooked

Instructions
- Add the ground beef to a skillet with the onion, and saute until the meat is browned and onion has softened.
- Drain the excess fat.
- Mix in salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, parsley and basil. Bring the mixture to a boil.
