This dish is one I love to make and serve over a nice pasta. I actually like it best with Egg Noodles. When I can stir this pasta into the gravy or sauce from this dish and have a bite of meat with every forkful, it is perfect for me. I have also served this over homemade Buttermilk biscuits.
That was amazing! Trust me, you are going to find ways to use this recipe in numerous ways, just like I do.
Give it a try next time you’re in a hurry!

Why is the recipe one that I should make?
This makes a complete meal in one pan. Who does not like that? It makes it easy to make and easy to clean up. The combination of ground beef, mushrooms, and eggs, with cream cheese, is heaven on a plate.
Could I add vegetables to this recipe?
Sure! Adding in carrots and onions would make this taste amazing. You could also roast vegetables on the side and serve it with this dish.
What should I serve this with?
Other than a side of roasted vegetables or the addition of vegetables in the recipe, I would say Buttermilk biscuits would be perfect, or even a side of hashbrowns.
Can I add a topping to this bake?
You could add Tater Tots on top, you could slice up potatoes, or use breadcrumbs as a topping. I tend to just bake it with the Cheese on top and then serve it up next to fluffy biscuits.
