When I was a little girl, my mom used to make this amazing dish called Hamburger Mushroom Bake. It was basically a big skillet full of hamburgers and mushrooms, with cheese on top. I loved it!

How to make Hamburger Mushroom Bake:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, and add salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat and set it aside.

Step 3. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat on the stove.

Step 4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and saute until becoming tender.
