- Red and Green Bell Peppers
- Black Olives (chopped)
- Red Onions (finely chopped)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cheese Sauce
- Egg Roll Wraps
- Enough Canola oil to fry
- *Sour Cream, Ranch, or Cheese Dip for sauce
How To Make rotel egg rolls:
Step 1. In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef and seasonings. Blend everything together until the meat is fully combined

Make sure the ground beef is fully broken up and thawed out.
Step 2. In a large skillet, heat the seasoned ground beef over medium to high heat.
Step 3. Stirring frequently for about 7-8 minutes or until all meat is browned.

Pour the grease out into sink or trash before adding other ingredients.
Step 4. Add in the green bell peppers and onions.
Step 5. Cook an additional 2 minutes.

The onions will become translucent in color with some slight browning.
Step 6. Place mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool down

Step 7. Heat up a deep pot or fryer to 350 degrees F.
Step 8. Roll out your egg rolls into a triangle shape with one pointed edge facing you.
Step 9. First, add the ground beef, then sprinkle with your vegetables and top with your cheese sauce. Sprinkle the top with more shredded cheddar cheese

You can use any flavor of Shredded cheese you prefer.
Step 10. Begin by rolling the pointed edge nearest to you over the cheese but stopping the pointed edge right over the filling.
Step 11. Secure the edge with a dab of water.
Step 12. Lastly, roll into egg roll shape and secure closure with a dab of water.

Continue rolling the egg rolls until the filling is gone.
Step 13. Place egg rolls into the deep fryer for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
