Any cut of steak will work for this. Be sure to season it with Cajun Seasoning before cooking and then slice it into thin strips once it is done cooking.
Ingredients:
For the steak:
- Steak
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
- Cajun seasoning
- Hot sauce
- Brown sugar
- Pepper
- Butter
- Red pepper flakes to taste
For the shrimp:
- Shrimp
- Olive oil
- Cajun seasoning
- Pinch of salt and pepper
For the pasta:
- Penne pasta
- Salt
- Olive oil
For the sauce:
- Butter
- Softened cream cheese
- Heavy whipping cream
- Cajun seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
How To Make Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo:
Step 1. In a Ziploc bag lace ½ cup of olive oil.
Step 2. Then, add ¼ cup of soy sauce.
Step 3. Then, add ¼ cup worcestershire sauce.
Step 4. Then, add 1 tbsp of garlic powder.
Step 5. Then, add 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
Step 6. Then, add 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
Step 7. Then, add 1 tsp of pepper.
Step 8. Finally 1 tbsp of hot sauce.
Step 9. Mix to combine.
Step 10. Add the steak to the bag and marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes.
Step 11. Place 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak until done to your liking. Set aside.
Step 12. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the skillet and saute the shrimp with the cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 13. Place the ½ cup butter and 4 oz cream cheese into the skillet.
Step 14. Stir until the cheese is melted and combined.
Step 15. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Step 16. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
Step 16. Cook the pasta with salt and olive oil until done to your liking. Drain.
Step 18. Return the meat to the skillet with the sauce.
Step 19. Then add the noodles.
Step 20. Toss to coat well in the sauce and serve.

- 10 oz. Shrimp cleaned and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- Pinch of salt and pepper
For the pasta:
- 1 lb. Penne pasta
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
For the sauce:
- ½ C. Butter
- 4 oz. Softened cream cheese
- 2 C. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 1 ½ C. Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Place ½ C. Olive oil, ¼ C. Soy sauce, ¼ C. Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning, 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce, 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar and 1 tsp. Pepper in a Ziploc bag and mix to combine.
- Add the steak to the bag and marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes.
- Place 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat and cook the steak until done to your liking. Set aside.
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the skillet and saute the shrimp with the cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Place the ½ cup butter and 4 oz cream cheese into the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and combined.
- Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Cook the pasta with the salt and olive oil until done to your liking. Drain.
- Return the meat to the skillet with the sauce as well as the noodles. Toss to coat well in the sauce and serve.
