What kind of shrimp should I use for this dish?
There are many options that would work. For a main dish such as this creamy shrimp and pasta, I would recommend that you use Jumbo shrimp or tiger shrimp.
What is the best seasoning to use for shrimp?
Olive Oil, garlic, and parsley or basil are the only seasonings that I will use in this dish. You are welcome to use salt and pepper, Old Bay, Cajun or whichever you do like.
What type of pasta should I use with this dish?
I would have to say that thin noodles are the best. Spaghetti noodles are good, but I prefer Angel Hair pasta. It is thinner than spaghetti.
Which tomatoes should I use?
There are multiple types of tomatoes, all of which taste good, but most should not be used in this dish. Plum tomatoes have a natural sweetness to them which will add just a touch to this meal.
What type of Mozzarella Cheese should I use?
There are a few good types, but for this Creamy Shrimp Pasta I would use the creamy mozzarella made with cow’s milk. It melts up better than the others.
Can I use gluten-free pasta?
Gluten-free pasta is a good idea if you cannot tolerate gluten. However, be sure to check the package to guarantee it is certified gluten-free.
