Hamburger Supreme Casserole

A combination of your two favorite BBQ foods, a juicy Hamburger and cheesy Mac and Cheese.

Ingredients: 

1 lb. Ground beef

2 C. Macaroni noodles

1 Can cream of mushroom soup

1 Onion chopped

½ tsp. Italian seasoning

½ tsp. Garlic powder

½ C. Milk

4 oz. Can sliced mushrooms drained

1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Step 2: Cook the macaroni in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 

Step 3: Add the ground beef and onion to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.

A. Cook until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain the excess fat. 

Step 4: Reduce the heat to medium

A. Stir in the soup

B. Add the milk

C. Add the Italian seasoning

D. garlic powder

E. Add sliced mushrooms, and salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 5: Add the macaroni to the skillet and stir to combine. 

Step 6: Pour the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish. 

Step 7: Top with the cheese. 

Step 8: Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve bubbling and let the memories begin.
