How to Store Pressure Cooker Chicken
Once the pressure cooker chicken has cooled, you will want to store the leftovers in the refrigerator. You can either move this chicken to an airtight container or you can store it in the pressure cooker inner pot and wrap it well with plastic. You want to make sure the chicken is protected from the air. This will make the chicken spoil faster.
I like to store everything together and I always make sure to store the garlic butter sauce with the chicken. I love the flavor that the chicken continues to soak up from the sauce.
How Long Does Garlic Herb Chicken Last
When stored in the refrigerated, this garlic herb chicken will stay good for up to 4 days. You will want to eat it before then or choose to store it in the freezer. If you put this chicken in the freezer, it will last about 3 months.
How to Freeze Garlic Herb Butter Chicken
When you are ready to freeze this garlic herb butter chicken, you want to freeze it in a freezer bag or in an airtight container. If you are freezing in an airtight container, make sure that the container is designed to be used in the freezer. When you are ready to thaw the chicken, thaw it in the refrigerator.
How to Reheat Garlic Herb Chicken
When you are ready to reheat this garlic herb chicken, you will want to heat it up either with the microwave, a skillet or in the oven. Be sure to reheat it though but not to over heat it because it can cause it to get chewy, instead of the tender pressure cooker chicken.
