What to Serve with this Garlic Chicken Recipe
This is a delicious chicken recipe that is almost perfect all on its own. When I want to add a bit to this recipe, I like to serve a side of fruit, vegetables, like a side salad, or one of these recipes.

How to Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
This garlic chicken is made in the Instant Pot. The creamy garlic sauce that takes this chicken and rice over the top is made using heavy whipping cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar and parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Once you try this sauce, you will never want chicken and rice without it.
Is it Easy Cooking Rice in the Instant Pot
When you are making this chicken and rice in the Instant Pot, it is so easy to cook rice in the Instant Pot. Cooking rice in the pressure cooker is as easy as adding the ingredients and setting the cook time. Many Instant Pots come with a rice setting, however, with this recipe, since you are cooking the chicken as well, you are using the pressure cooker setting.
How to Store Chicken in a Garlic Sauce
Once the creamy garlic chicken has cooled, if you have leftovers, you will want to wait until the meal has cooled. Move the chicken in a garlic sauce to an airtight container. Once covered, you will want to put the chicken recipe in the refrigerator. The meal should last 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator before it spoils.
Can Chicken in Parmesan Cream Sauce be Frozen
If you find that you will not eat all of the chicken in parmesan cream sauce before it spoils, you can move it to the freezer. If you decide to freeze it, make sure it is wrapped well in the airtight container or move it to a freezer bag. I like to use freezer bags because it lays flat and I can write directly on the bag. The chicken will last for about 3 months in the freezer before it starts to taste freezer burned or spoils.
