  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 C. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 14.5 oz. Diced tomatoes undrained, I a 14.5oz can
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
