Salmon Croquettes are delicious and savory patties that are formed from shredded Salmon, breadcrumbs, and eggs, with a few minor seasonings. They are then fried in oil until they are Golden Brown on both sides.
They are a delightful dish that is light and tasty. They can be served with roasted vegetables or a dinner salad. You could also serve Salmon Croquettes as an appetizer. Appetizers can then be dipped in your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

These Savory Salmon Croquettes include Green and Red Bell Peppers also. You could leave those out if you chose to. However, the bell peppers add to the flavor and make these Salmon Croquettes totally irresistible.

You can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise to mix the patties together. You could add onions, and leave out the peppers. You could sear the Salmon Croquettes in Olive Oil instead of using more Oil. You can add Cayenne Pepper or Hot Sauce to give the Salmon Croquettes a little kick to them.
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Panko bread crumbs
- All-purpose flour
- Green bell pepper
- Red bell pepper
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Egg
- Cilantro
How To Make Salmon Croquettes:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well incorporated.
Adding the green bell pepper and red bell pepper.
Adding the panko bread crumbs.
Adding the all-purpose flour.
Adding the mayonnaise.
Adding the salt.
Adding the garlic powder.
Adding the pepper.
Adding the cilantro.
Step 2. Form the mixture into 6-8 evenly-sized patties.
Step 3. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4. Pan-fry the patties evenly on both sides until browned and cooked through.
