Salmon Croquettes made with canned salmon, flour, bread crumbs and mayonnaise.

These Salmon Croquettes are super easy to make.. You will make them time and time again!
Ingredients Needed To Make Salmon Croquettes:
1 Can salmon
½ C. Panko bread crumbs
¼ C. All purpose flour
½ Green bell pepper chopped
½ Red bell pepper chopped
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
¼ C. Mayonnaise
1 Large egg
¼ C. Chopped cilantro
How To Make Salmon Croquettes:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well incorporated.

Step 2. Form the mixture into 6-8 evenly sized patties.
Step 3. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step 4. Pan fry the patties evenly on both sides until browned and cooked through.
