- Shrimp
- Chicken
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Chili oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Coleslaw mix with carrots
- Green onions
- Bean sprouts
- Pre-cooked stir fry noodles
How To Make Shrimp and Chicken Chow Mein:
Step 1. Place some olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2. When the chicken is nearly done cooking, add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes more until both the chicken and shrimp are cooked through.
Step 3. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the bean sprouts.
Then, the coleslaw mix.
Finally, the stir-fried noodles.
Step 4. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili oil to taste.
Step 5. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the skillet and stir to combine.
Step 6. Saute for 5 minutes longer and garnish with green onions before serving.

- ½ lb. Chicken cut into bite sized pieces

- ¼ C. Soy sauce

Instructions
