When you need a filling meal and do not have time to spend in the kitchen, grab the slow cooker out of the cupboard! You can make this delicious Super Easy Pot Roast and have dinner basically ready as soon as you get home from work.
With a little planning, all you need to do is lightly sear the roast, and place it in the Slow Cooker.

A super easy recipe for a dinner that is comforting, delicious, and hearty. This is a recipe that you are going to want to try immediately.
Two packets of Dressing mix and one of gravy, a little water then all you do is set it and forget it.

What is so great about this recipe?
You do not need to add spices or seasonings other than two packs of dressing mix and one gravy. Add water and let the slow cooker do the work. This recipe is really easy to make, and the outcome is delicious!
Variations
The recipe calls for a Chuck Roast, you could certainly use a Pork Roast. If you want a little more of the sauce mix for potatoes, you could add a second packet of gravy with water and you will have enough.
Ingredients:
- Chuck roast
- Dry Italian dressing mix
- Dry Ranch dressing mix
- Dry brown gravy mix
- Water
How to make Super Easy Pot Roast:
Step 1. In a bowl, combine the Italian dressing, ranch dressing, and brown gravy seasoning with the water.

Whisk to combine well.
Step 2. You can choose to brown both sides of the chuck roast prior to placing it into the slow cooker, this helps it have a seared look when finished. This step is optional, however.
Step 3. Place the roast into the slow cooker, and cover in the sauce mixture.
Then cook on low for 8 hours.
