You can use boneless and skinless Chicken Breast. You could also use leftover chicken from a night or two previously. If it is easier, stop at the store on the way home and pick up a rotisserie chicken to take home and remove from the bones and cut into cubes.

Ingredients:
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Pineapple chunks
- Chicken breasts
- Pineapple juice
Instructions:
Step 1. Layer 2 lb. Chicken breasts cut into pieces to the bottom of the crockpot.
Step 2. Pour the ⅓ C. soy sauce on top.
Step 3. Then, add 1 can of pineapple chunks.
Step 4. Add 1 cup of pineapple juice.
Step 5. Add ½ C. brown sugar.
Step 6. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Step 7. Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to cook for 6 hours on low. Stir and serve.

- 2 lb. Chicken breasts cut into pieces

Instructions
- Layer the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the soy sauce and pineapple chunks on top.
- Add the brown sugar and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to cook for 6 hours on low.
- Stir and serve.
